A housemade Soft Pretzel will follow, served with It’s About Time beer cheese and Gansett Dijon mustard, and Narragansett Lager, first brewed in 1890 as a clean, crisp, and refreshing beer.

A dual entrée will follow, featuring Seared Scallops with an apple and black quinoa salad, Marzen Lager and toasted walnut purée, and a lardon and Brussels sprouts sauté paired with the bold yet sweet honey-colored Lovecraft Honey Ale, and Beef Tenderloin with potato rosti, baby vegetables, and a Cabernet demi, complemented by the It’s About Time IPA, balancing notes of coffee, raisins, and bread with fresh floral and tropical aromas.

An Almond Cake with candied bacon, almond shatter, maple crème and a Fest Marzen glaze will conclude the dinner, paired with Fest Marzen, an Oktoberfest-style selection with a subtle dry spiced finish.
