Executive Chef | Rachel Klein

Chef Klein joins the Encore family as the Executive Chef of Red Stripe Restaurants. Her accolades include two Esquire “Best New Restaurants in America” awards for Lot 401 and Om, Boston’s “Best New Chef” awards from Boston Globe and Boston Magazine, as well as an appearance on the TV Food Network’s “Chopped.”  Chef Klein’s ties to Encore Hospitality go back 15 years, when she was the Chef de Cuisine at XO Cafe as Mill’s Tavern was opening next door.  Now she’s taking the Red Stripe Toque infusing the menu with her creative cuisine enhancing the comfortable fare of Rhode Island’s classic brasserie.
