Red Stripe restaurants, located at 465 Angell Street in Providence and 455 Main Street in East Greenwich, will celebrate Thanksgiving with a three-course holiday meal, available Thursday, November 28th from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The cost is $29.95 for adults and $12.95 for children 12 and under. The first course is a choice of Butternut Squash Soup with crème fraiche or a Fall Salad of baby mustard greens, kale, frisée, baby watercress, apples, and candied walnuts with a lemon-thyme dressing.
The featured entrée is a maple-brined Roasted Turkey with Gravy served with roasted brussels sprouts with thyme and garlic confit, sweet potatoes with brown sugar and pecans, cornbread stuffing, red bliss smashed potatoes with cream and roasted garlic, green bean casserole with a creamy mushroom sauce and fried onions, and cranberry sauce.
Dessert is a choice of Pumpkin Pie with whipped cream or Apple Crisp ala Mode with vanilla ice cream.
