Red Stripe restaurants, located at 465 Angell Street in Providence and 455 Main Street in East Greenwich, will host a special Mother’s Day brunch buffet on Sunday, May 12th. Brunch offerings will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Red Stripe’s full à la carte menu will be offered from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The cost for the brunch buffet is $32 per person; $15 for children aged 12 and under. Tax and gratuity are additional. Red Stripe’s breakfast items will include Scrambled Eggs; French Toast and Waffles with maple syrup, butter and jam; Bacon and Sausage; Roasted Breakfast Potatoes; Greek Yogurt Parfait with granola and fresh fruit; and a Pastry and Bread display including Sourdough, Croissants, Muffins, and Fruit Danishes.
Luncheon appetizers on the buffet will include a Mixed Green Salad with shallot-Dijon vinaigrette, Caprese Salad with mozzarella, fresh tomato, and a basil pesto vinaigrette, Couscous Salad with carrots, raisins, broccoli, tomatoes and an herb vinaigrette. Entrées will feature Grilled Chicken Breast with mushrooms in a marsala sauce, Beef Bourguignon, Shrimp Risotto, Atlantic Salmon with dill crème fraiche, and Ricotta Ravioli with spinach in a marinara sauce, all complemented by Red Bliss Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus, and sautéed Roasted local baby carrots in honey.
The Mother’s Day meal will conclude with a variety of sweet treats, including mini desserts, cheesecake, brownies, lemon bars, and berries and whipped cream.
