Holiday specials include Lobster Bisque with cold water lobster and sherry; Seared Sea Scallops with lardon and wild mushroom risotto; and Rack of Lamb with herbed potatoes and roasted vegetables.  For dessert, guests can indulge in Red Velvet Cake with cream cheese frosting and white chocolate mousse.
