Red Stripe restaurants, located at 465 Angell Street in Providence and 455 Main Street in East Greenwich, will host a special Easter brunch buffet on Sunday, April 21st from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Red Stripe’s full à la carte menu will be offered from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The cost for the brunch buffet is $32 per person; $15 for children ages 12 and under. Tax and gratuity are additional. The Easter Buffet breakfast items will include Blueberry Muffins, Fruit Cup, Parfait display, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, French Toast, and Roasted Breakfast Potatoes.
Luncheon appetizers on the buffet will include a Mixed Green Salad with shallot-Dijon vinaigrette, and Tomato Soup with grilled cheese. Entrées will feature grilled Chicken Breast, Baked Ham, Beef Bourguignon, Herb Roasted Salmon, and Ricotta Ravioli with marinara sauce, all complemented by Red Bliss Mashed Potatoes, Glazed Carrots, and sautéed Haricot Verts.
The Easter meal will conclude with a variety of sweet treats, including mini desserts, cookies, brownies, chocolate mousse, and fruit tarts.
