Holiday Specials Available for Dining-In or Takeout on Sunday, May 8th
Red Stripe will celebrate Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 8th, with a selection of special additions to its full menu of refined comfort food, extensive wine list, and seasonal cocktails. In addition to Red Stripe’s classic brunch dishes, such as Bread Pudding French Toast with maple syrup, berries and house-made whipped cream and Classic Benedict made with two poached eggs, Canadian bacon, and béarnaise on an English muffin, guests may enjoy a Mother’s Day special of Huevos Rancheros: braised short rib, poached eggs and house made cornbread served with black beans and pico de gallo.
Holiday dinner specials will feature Grilled Rack of Lamb with potato gratin, roasted cauliflower, and a sun-dried tomato cream sauce; and Roasted Prosciutto Wrapped Cod Loin with an heirloom tomato, shaved fennel and red onion salad with wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
