Red Stripe, located at 465 Angell Street in Providence, will celebrate Mother’s Day with a selection of specials for brunch and dinner, available for dining-in or takeout on Sunday, May 9th. Brunch specials will be available from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and include Lobster Benedict with two poached eggs, sautéed spinach, and béarnaise sauce on an English muffin, and Red Stripe Loco Moco, a spin on a Hawaiian classic which features a beef & chorizo burger with saffron rice, sautéed vegetables, two eggs any style and grilled toast.
Dinner specials will be available from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and feature Grilled Filet Mignon with roasted fingerling potatoes, asparagus, and béarnaise sauce, and Seared Scallops with wild mushroom and asparagus risotto and saffron beurre blanc
Guests ordering takeout may also add their favorite wine, six-pack of beer, or batch cocktails to-go. Wine selections include Franciscan Cabernet Sauvignon or Chardonnay, Athena Pinot Noir, Yes Way Rose, and more; six-packs of beer include Blue Moon, Sam Adams Boston Lager, Stella Artois, Red Stripe Lager, Left Hand Milk Stout; and cocktails, available in 16 or 32-ounces, feature the Classic Margarita: El Jimador Silver Tequila, Triple Sec, house made sour mix; Peaches on Cape Cod: New Amsterdam Vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry juice; Red Stripe Gin & Juice with New Amsterdam Gin, grapefruit and orange juices, and grenadine; and Red, White, or Pink Sangria.
