Salty, Smokey Dishes Available During Lunch and Dinner

Bacon lovers can kick-off their meal with a bacon-infused Manhattan and an appetizer of Slab Bacon with raspberry gastrique and bourbon glaze ($8).  Featured entrees will be a Bacon Burger, piled high with bacon jam, Havarti, tempura tomato, apple cider-pickled red onions, watercress, and smoked bacon, served on a brioche bun ($11) and Bacon Mac & Cheese:  Red Stripe’s famous mac and cheese loaded with pan-seared lardon and topped with parmesan.
