The headliner of the menu is a Half Pound Lobster Roll served with Rhode Island’s best frites, coleslaw, and a pickle ($25). The menu also includes a new, decadent Lobster Bisque with cold water lobster and cream sherry ($10); Lobster Mac & Cheese, the ultimate mac and cheese with a half-pound of succulent lobster meat ($25); and the Lobster Salad: a Caesar or mixed green salad topped with a half-pound of fresh lobster meat (full-sized salad, $25; half-sized salad, $20). Red Stripe also invites you to add a generous portion of mouthwatering lobster to any salad on the menu as a delicious addition (4oz., $10; 8oz., $18). These salads include the Heirloom Tomato and Watermelon Salad (half-sized salad, $8; full-sized salad, $14) and the French-inspired Lentil Buddha Bowl ($14). 

Complement your salad with the new Pretzel Burger ($17) which features savory smoked bacon, slaw, and aged cheddar cheese. Similarly cheesy are the Orzo Pasta Salad ($6) and the French Dip Sandwich ($14) Looking for something with a fishy flair? Try the Pan Roasted Tuscan Salmon ($25) or the Sauteed BBQ Shrimp and Polenta ($23). Rounding out the impressive lineup of new summer specials are the Lemon Rosemary ½ Chicken ($18) and the Duck Confit ($25). A smaller version of Duck can be found in the appetizing Duck Confit Crostini ($12).
