Red Stripe’s  summer additions include a Half-Pound Lobster Roll served with Rhode Island’s best frites, coleslaw, and a pickle; decadent Lobster Bisque with cold water lobster and cream sherry; Lobster Mac & Cheese: the ultimate mac and cheese with a half-pound of succulent lobster meat; and the Half Pound Lobster Salad: a Caesar or mixed green salad topped with a half-pound of fresh lobster meat. 

Other summer additions include an Heirloom Tomato and Watermelon Salad with baby greens, red onion, goat cheese, sliced almonds, and basil ginger dressing; and the Lentil Buddha Bowl featuring French lentils, baby mixed greens, sun-dried tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled vegetables, fresh avocado, hardboiled egg, and a dill vinaigrette. These lobster and salad menu items are available on both the lunch and dinner menus.

Red Stripe’s lunch menu also features two additional seasonal menu items: Orzo Pasta Salad with pesto, feta and grape tomatoes; and the French Dip Sandwich with horseradish cream and au jus on a brioche bun. The new Pretzel Burger, which features savory smoked bacon, slaw, aged cheddar cheese and honey mustard, is available for lunch and dinner.

Items exclusive to the dinner menu include a the Duck Confit Crostini appetizer with shredded confit duck leg, herbed chevre spread, charred red onion jam and candied cherries; and four new entrées including the Pan Roasted Tuscan Salmon with rosemary orzo, a sun-dried tomato cream sauce and spinach; Sautéed BBQ Shrimp and Polenta featuring four jumbo shrimp, charred corn and jalapeno polenta, sautéed haricot vert and Spanish chorizo butter ; the Lemon Rosemary ½ Chicken with choice of frites or greens; and Duck Confit with two confit duck legs, French lentils, a tart cherry glaze and a petite arugula salad. New side dishes include Sautéed Haricot Vert ($7), Charred Corn and Jalapeno Polenta ($6), or Spiced Honey Carrots ($8).

Guests can also enjoy Red Stripe without having to leave the comfort of their home with DoorDash delivery. Red Stripe’s entire menu is available for delivery via the DoorDash website, or through the DoorDash “app” which is easily downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
