Red Stripe’s Thanksgiving Day feast, available for dine-in or ready-to-eat takeout on Thanksgiving Day, features a three-course prix fixe menu available on Thursday, November 25th from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The cost is $34.95 for guests over 12 years old, and $19.95 for guests 12 and under, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Takeout orders must be placed by 5:00 p.m. on November 18th and picked up at a scheduled time on Thanksgiving Day. Red Stripe’s regular menu will not be available on Thanksgiving Day.

The first course includes a choice of a Fall Salad of baby greens, roasted squash, apples, warm bacon, dried cranberries, goat cheese, and a sweet butternut vinaigrette or Butternut Squash Soup with crème fraiche. The Thanksgiving Day entrée features a Maple Brined Roasted Turkey with gravy, Red Bliss smashed potato with roasted garlic and cream, roasted brussels sprouts with thyme and garlic confit, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes with brown sugar and pecans, cornbread stuffing “just like mom’s,” and green bean casserole with creamy mushroom sauce and crispy onions. A choice of holiday desserts include Pumpkin Pie with whipped cream or Apple Crisp a la Mode.

ANOTHER DINE AT HOME OPTION FROM SISTER RESTAURANT MILL’S TAVERN
A family-style Thanksgiving dinner package (with reheating instructions provided) is also available from Red Stripe’s sister restaurant, Mill’s Tavern, and is available for two ($49.95), four ($99.95), six ($149.95), or eight ($199.95) to be picked up at a scheduled time on Wednesday, November 24th. The package features generous servings of Artisanal Greens with Roquefort-red wine vinaigrette, pickled red onions, and spiced almonds; Sugar Pumpkin Bisque; Traditional Carved Orange Sazón-brined Turkey with giblet gravy; Sage-Sweet Potato Casserole with marshmallow and pecans; Garlic Mashed Potatoes; Brown Butter Green Bean & Mushroom Casserole; housemade Pineapple-Cranberry Chutney; and traditional Mill’s Stuffing.

A selection of a la carte items will also be available to-go, including the Artisanal Greens Salad, Traditional Carved Orange Sazón-brined Turkey by the pound, and Giblet Gravy, Sage-Sweet Potato Casserole with marshmallow and pecans, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Brown Butter Green Bean & Mushroom Casserole, housemade Pineapple-Cranberry Chutney, and traditional Mill’s Stuffing by the pint or quart.

Takeout orders must be placed by 5:00 p.m. on November 21st to be picked up at a scheduled time on Wednesday, November 24th. Reheating instructions will be provided.
