Red Stripe’s brunch specials, available from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 14th include the Red Stripe Reuben with corned beef, sauerkraut, gruyere cheese, Russian dressing; Corned Beef Hash, served with two eggs and toast; Irish Benedict: two poached eggs, corned beef and bearnaise served on an English muffin; and Bangers and Mashed: traditional Irish sausages served with garlic mashed potatoes and onion gravy.

On St. Patrick’s Day, Wednesday, March 17th, guests may enjoy Traditional Corned Beef & Cabbage with potatoes and whole grain mustard; Shepherd’s Pie with ground seasoned beef, carrots, onion, corn, and whipped potatoes; and the Red Stripe Reuben with corned beef, sauerkraut, gruyere cheese, and Russian dressing.  Red Stripe will also have 16 oz cans of Guinness available for the celebration.
