Red Stripe’s Valentine’s Day specials will feature Crab & Lobster Rangoon Dip served with crispy wontons and scallions; Filet Mignon served with a Gorgonzola-chive latke, honey roasted baby vegetables, and garlic-Dijon sauce; Seafood Gnocchi with lobster, clams, mussels and broccoli rabe in a white wine velouté; and for dessert, a crisp and fluffy meringue Pavlova with whipped cream, fresh berries and chocolate sauce.
Guests ordering take-out may also add their favorite wine, six-pack of beer, or cocktail to-go. Wine selections include Franciscan Cabernet Sauvignon or Chardonnay, Athena Pinot Noir, Yes Way Rose, and more; six-packs of beer include Blue Moon, Sam Adams Boston Lager, Stella Artois, Red Stripe Lager, Left Hand Milk Stout; and cocktails, available in 16 or 32-ounces, feature the Classic Margarita: El Jimador Silver Tequila, Triple Sec, house made sour mix; Peaches on Cape Cod: New Amsterdam Vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry juice; Red Stripe Gin & Juice with New Amsterdam Gin, grapefruit and orange juices, and grenadine; and Red, White, or Pink Sangria.
