Chef Rachel Klein Presents Inspired Menu to Pair with Local Brews in East Greenwich Location

The evening’s first course features Cheddar Croquettes with piccalilli, mâche, cheddar snow and Clockwork vinaigrette paired with the smooth malt and citrus flavor of Clockwork Orange Wheat Beer.
The second course boasts a delicate Beef Tartare accompanied by arugula, capers, red onion, horseradish, quail egg and crispy bread served with Whalers’ flavorful, herbal and extra-hoppy East Coast IPA.
The evening’s third course includes an Herb Crusted Tuna with red quinoa, fiddleheads, wasabi crema and crispy noodles paired with a refreshingly-light, piney and mildly-bitter Rise Pale Ale.
The main course features a decadent Bison Steak with rainbow baby potatoes, asparagus and a pomegranate and Saison reduction served with the fruity and spicy Whalers’ Saison.
The dessert course offers a traditional Tiramisu with shaved hazelnuts, chocolate covered espresso beans and Orion gastrique seamlessly paired with Whalers’ sweet and bold Hazelnut Stout, known for its unmistakable roasted flavor.
