Red Stripe will be open on Christmas Eve from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  In addition to its regular menu, Red Stripe will be offering a Holiday Baked Ham with pineapple, brown sugar, and Dijon glaze and served with green beans almondine and mashed sweet potatoes.

Red Stripe is also offering a selection of family-style meals available for take-out only.  Packages are available in regular (serving 2-3 adults) and large (serving 4-6 adults) and include a choice of Mixed Greens or Caesar Salad, a choice of entrée, and the option to add a bottle of wine for an additional cost.  The deadline to order is December 19th.  

Entrée choices include Chicken Parmesan with linguine, house-made marinara sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses ($31.99/$59.99); Grilled Hanger Steak served with red-bliss mashed potatoes and a choice of bordelaise butter or gorgonzola butter ($41.99/Large); Pasta Bolognese: house-made Italian meat sauce, rigatoni, and Parmesan cheese ($33.99/$62.99);  Holiday Baked Ham with green bean almondine, mashed sweet potatoes, and pineapple, brown sugar, and Dijon glaze ($28.99/$54.99); Chicken Paillard: grilled marinated boneless chicken breasts with heirloom tomatoes and roasted vegetables ($28.99/$54.99); Bacon & Cheddar Meatloaf with roasted fingerling potatoes and onion jus ($31.99/$59.99); and Red Stripe Mac & Cheese: creamy house-made mac & cheese topped with panko bread crumbs ($17.99/$29.99).  Guests may add grilled or fried buffalo chicken for $14.99 or a pound and a half of braised short rib for $29.99.
