Holiday Specials Available for Dining-In or Takeout on April 4th

Red Stripe, located at 465 Angell Street in Providence, will celebrate Easter Sunday with a selection of holiday specials for brunch and dinner, available for dining-in or take-out on Sunday, April 4th. Red Stripe’s Easter Brunch specials will be available from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and will feature Tropical Shrimp Flatbread with mango habanero salsa, queso blanco, garlic butter and scallions and Lobster Benedict with poached eggs, Béarnaise, sautéed spinach, and an English muffin. 

Red Stripe’s Easter dinner specials, available from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., will feature Tropical Shrimp Flatbread; Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb served with crispy smashed creamer potatoes, braised artichokes, Parmesan shavings, and a Chianti reduction; and Pan Seared Tuscan Salmon, served with rosemary orzo, sun-dried tomato cream sauce and wilted spinach. 

Red Stripe will also offer a holiday family meal for take-out only from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., which will include Easter Ham served with brown sugar glazed carrots & roasted baby potatoes.

Guests ordering take-out may also add their favorite wine, six-pack of beer, or batch cocktails to-go.  Wine selections include Franciscan Cabernet Sauvignon or Chardonnay, Athena Pinot Noir, Yes Way Rose, and more; six-packs of beer include Blue Moon, Sam Adams Boston Lager, Stella Artois, Red Stripe Lager, Left Hand Milk Stout; and cocktails, available in 16 or 32-ounces, feature the Classic Margarita: El Jimador Silver Tequila, Triple Sec, house made sour mix; Peaches on Cape Cod: New Amsterdam Vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry juice; Red Stripe Gin & Juice with New Amsterdam Gin, grapefruit and orange juices, and grenadine; and Red, White, or Pink Sangria.
