Eateries in Providence and East Greenwich to Offer Menu Specials

Red Stripe restaurants, located at 465 Angell Street in Providence and 455 Main Street in East Greenwich, will celebrate Valentine’s Day with a selection of menu selections in addition to its full menu on Thursday February 14th.  For reservations, please call please call 401.437.6950 (Providence) or 401.398.2900 (East Greenwich). 

In addition to Red Stripe’s full dinner menu, including classics like 10 varieties of Moules & Frites, Red Stripe Paella, and Steak Frites, to start, guests may enjoy Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail with house-made cocktail sauce or Salade d’Amour: Boston Bibb lettuce tossed with candied pomegranate seeds, toasted pecans, goat cheese, sliced apples and a pomegranate vinaigrette.

Featured entrees are a marinated and grilled Rack of Lamb served with parsnip puree, charred broccolini, and bordelaise sauce; grilled 8 oz. Beef Tenderloin with gorgonzola potatoes au gratin, roasted baby carrots, and a wild mushroom demi-glace; and pan-seared Cod with jasmine rice, asparagus, baby arugula salad, cilantro-lime vinaigrette, and citrus cream.

The special Valentine’s Day dessert with be a Chocolate-Raspberry Mousse with macerated raspberries, vanilla tuile, coconut powder and Chantilly cream.
