Providence & East Greenwich Locations to Feature Chef Rachel Klein’s Delicacies from Land and Sea

Red Stripe restaurants, located at 465 Angell Street in Providence and 455 Main Street in East Greenwich, will host a special Mother’s Day brunch buffet on Sunday, May 13th. Brunch offerings will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Red Stripe’s full à la carte menu will be offered from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The cost for the brunch buffet is $32 per person; $15 for children aged 12 and under. Tax and gratuity are additional. Red Stripe’s breakfast items will include a Parfait display, Scrambled Eggs and Bacon, French Toast with Maple Syrup, and a Pastry and Bread display including Sourdough, croissants, muffins, sticky buns, butters and jams.

Luncheon appetizers on the buffet will include a Mixed Green Salad with shallot-Dijon vinaigrette, Quinoa Salad with radish, kale, red pepper, red onion and a lemon-Dijon vinaigrette, and a Caprese Salad with mozzarella, beefsteak tomato, basil pesto and a balsamic reduction.  Entrées will feature Roasted Chicken Breast with mushrooms in a marsala sauce, Grilled Salmon with dill crème fraiche, Braised short rib in a red wine demi-glace, Herb-Crusted Baked Cod with a lemon caper aioli, and Ricotta Ravioli with spinach in a marinara sauce, all complemented by Red Bliss Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus, and sautéed Roasted local baby carrots in honey.

The Mother’s Day meal will conclude with a variety of sweet treats, including mini desserts, cheesecake, brownies, lemon bars, and berries and whipped cream.
