Red Stripe’s holiday specials will feature a Kani Salad composed of king crab, tobiko rowe, spicy mayo, and a prawn cracker; 22 oz. hand-cut Ribeye served with Gorgonzola potatoes au gratin, grilled asparagus, and trumpet mushroom butter; and jumbo Lobster Ravioli with sautéed baby spinach and sherry-saffron cream.
Guests may also add their favorite wine, six-pack of beer, or cocktail to their take-out order. Wine selections include Franciscan Cabernet Sauvignon or Chardonnay, Athena Pinot Noir, Yes Way Rose, and more; six-packs include Blue Moon, Sam Adams Boston Lager, Stella Artois, Red Stripe Lager, Left Hand Milk Stout; and cocktails, available in 16- or 32-ounces, feature the Classic Margarita: El Jimador Silver Tequila, Triple Sec, house made sour mix; Peaches on Cape Cod: New Amsterdam Vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry juice; Red Stripe Gin & Juice with New Amsterdam Gin, grapefruit and orange juices, and grenadine; and Red, White, or Pink Sangria.
