Inspired Menu Pairs with Foolproof Brews in Providence Location

The evening begins with a first course of New England Charcuterie with Parmesan reggiano salami, sourdough crisps, pea tendrils, smoked Marcona almonds and a Foolproof Vango gastrique served with Foolproof’s delicate, bold and crisp Ocean State Lager.
The second course features a shared appetizer of Weisswurst, a traditional Bavarian sausage made from minced veal and bacon, apricot piccalilli, pub mustard and pretzels paired with Foolproof’s fruity, spicy Farmhouse Saison.
The evening’s intermezzo includes a Savage Blonde Oyster with passion fruit pearls served alongside Foolproof’s tangy, kettle sour ale, Vango.
The third course features a delightful Black Cod with potato puree, salsify and shiitake mushroom relish, and smoked vanilla, elegantly paired with Foolproof’s smooth and light Grotto IPA.
Next, guests will enjoy Pork Ribs with Thai chili-pineapple confit, garlic crispies and a tender herb salad accompanied by Foolproof’s double IPA, The Depths, an aggressively-aromatic brew.
The dessert course offers a traditional Chocolate Ganache with sesame ice cream and a cherry-cardamon gastrique served with Foolproof’s Augtoberfest Brew, which is brewed with caramel and Munich malt and fermented cool to produce a clean, refreshing flavor.
