“Lobster is synonymous with summer in New England and we’re excited to offer this delicious seafood in a variety of creative dishes from our culinary team, a perfect way to enjoy the remainder of the season,” said Jim Brosseau, Director of Restaurant Operations.
The headliner of the menu is a Half Pound Lobster Roll served with Rhode Island’s best frites, coleslaw, and a pickle ($24). The menu also includes decadent Lobster Bisque with cold water lobster and cream sherry ($10); rich and creamy Lobster-Artichoke Dip, featuring five ounces of lobster and served with naan toast ($16); Lobster Mac & Cheese with a half-pound of lobster meat ($24); Lobster Salad: a full-size Caesar or Mixed Green Salad topped with a half-pound of lobster meat (full $24; half $19); and a Supreme Lobster Salad with one full pound of lobster meat on a full-size Caesar or Mixed Green Salad ($36).
