Red Stripe’s prix fixe dinner for two features a shared appetizer of Clams Casino: clams on the half shell topped with bread crumbs and bacon; followed by a choice of entrée for each guest: North Atlantic Swordfish served with lemon butter sauce and asparagus risotto or Surf & Turf: a bistro filet and crab cakes served with Brussels sprouts.  The holiday dessert will be a New York-style Cheesecake with caramel-chocolate sauce and candied pecans.  The cost is $84.99 and includes two classes of Astoria Prosecco.  The dishes featured in the prix fixe menu will also be available à la carte.
